Don't buy fallout new Vegas from ozgameshop. I heard it's region locked and won't activate on an Aussie accounts.
Edit. I meant the pc version only.

  Ok, I email them specifically about the PC version of Fallout New Vegas:
  
  We had some Asian versions which did not work with steam but we did not
  know this until people had tried it but we now have the correct PAL
  version which will definitely work in Australia. You can also add to chat
  room if you like for anyone hwo had purchased the other version can
  e-mail us and we are doing replacements or exchanges :-)
