I just saw the Xiaomi Selfie Stick deal but it's too short at 42cm (max) for everyone's needs and you cannot even mount a camera on it.

The BlitzWolf BW-BS3 is a longer and more satisfying 60cm (max) for Banggood and has that extra mount. Expired.

The version without the camera mount is cheaper from the Au warehouse for US $13.01 (~AU$17.03) with code aff7off.

  There is this one as well (no tripod/remote function), but is longer (22.5cm -> 90cm) and has usb and 4x buttons for camera (additional buttons probably a waste)

    The product page says 40% off, but that's unlikely to be a realistic RRP. Banggood is the only official Blitzwolf seller for these so there may not even be an official RRP.

    The cheapest I was able to find these on ebay delivered was a similar price but the above deal should still work out cheaper with cashrewards.

  all the jokes aside re. length etc….one lesson I've learnt from my recent purchase of my first selfie stick is that you must get one that has a (groove?) in the metal section of the stick if that make sense, so the stick is not completely round because otherwise it could rotate once you put a phone/camera on it (ie. making your camera/phone flips around the wrong way).

      From the vid - can see there's a groove running lengthwise along the shaft. Thats prob to prevent unintended flipping or dropping of the fone or cam 180 Deg and taking a pic of ur arm pit instead of head :) I think this is what homer is referring to anyway

  Just bought the non-sport version because I don't have an action cam…just realised the action cam mount was just a regular 1/4 screw, which I could have used with regular digital cameras! Doh!

  Received mine from the AU warehouse.

  FWIW, in the very unlikely case that someone with a Windows Phone is looking to get one of these, I can confirm for you that the Bluetooth remote does NOT work with Windows Phone. It uses the “volume up” makeshift camera button function from iOS/Android, so on a Windows Phone it will just turn the volume up!

  AFAIK, there is no way to set the volume up as a shortcut for the shutter on Windows Phone. (The price of having a real actual dedicated camera button on your phone / the price of having a Windows Phone!)

  Lucky my partner has an iPhone!
