Think it was a paper-based sign-up at an airport or something years ago for me. They definitely don 't give up, I've never answered once.
Ah, I see. Maybe you should contact them and request your number be taken off their list? As I imagine that would get pretty annoying getting called so often.
As a warning, once these guys have your number they will call endlessly. They got mine at some point, I probably get two missed calls a week from them at a minimum.
