    No mention of price.
No mention that it is open box (i.e second hand goods):

"Products have been bought, opened & returned by customers or store staff
Minor cosmetic scratches, dents & normal wear may be present
Comes with a 3 month warranty against manufacturer error"

    Fail.

"Comes with a 3 month warranty against manufacturer error"

Hmm…. bit scary how they define that further. It's not just a blanket 3 month warranty, its a warranty on "manufacturer error"…. so these 2nd hand goods (well that's what they are, they arent brand new), arent actually warranted to work. If they've been damaged or treated in a way not as directed, you are basically stuffed.
