Ordered some Pokemon Season 5 & 6, after more than 2 weeks, still hasn't arrived. Seen them in the local shop, sent a email to complain, just been told if I don't want to wait, just get a refund! Items still waiting…….!!

did you pay by paypal and make sure the payment cleared? I had a transaction delayed and was wondering where it is, then I checked paypal and there was some issue that caused it not to clear and i had not noticed the e-mail from them about it. Also, it does state on the order form, if they have to order stock for thier warehouse first, but 2 weeks for that is a bit wrong
