Thanks @4tran - corrected it now. Cons of posting while at work :)

      • Only in jest =)

But definitely a really good price! Good find!

  • +1

Wow great find, worth pulling at this price if you want it as it hasn't been below ~$370 yet.

    • it went to 330 during boxing day :) but yeah, better to buy now rather than waiting for boxing day 2018 !

      • +2

Where at? I can't remember seeing it at $330? Do you mean when combining with AMEX?

  • Pulled the trigger mate. Cheers!

    with Airline Adapter

    WOW WOW WOW!

  • How do these compare with the original QC35 ?

Haha Tiger… did you read the link you shared yourself? It says "At the end of the day, the QC35s are the better option – save your money. We think these headphones are more than enough, especially with the recent price reductions."

        • you got me :) I didn't read the entire doc, still at work :(

    • They're the exact same headphone, just with the addition of Google assistant.

    • These have a button to adjust NC or use Google Assistant, which is built in, but they need to be connected to your phone to use it since Google Assistant requires internet.

So, if your current phone has Google Assistant, the only difference is you have a button to adjust the NC.

If your current phone doesn't have Google Assistant, and you can't be bothered adding it, then that's also a benefit of these.

      Other than that, they're identical.

  • Its the same sound quality as the QC35 .. it just has google assistant.

This one comes with Aeroplane adaptor where as the QC35 II you buy from stores dont come with the adaptor.

bummer! bought from this seller yesterday with the PUPIL code @ $371. They have not shipped yet so asking for refund now.

    • +3

Yeah, I don't understand the negs .. gave u a positive to undo that a bit.

      • +2

Gave you a pos as someone loves to waste their negs.

    • I'm in the same boat. I sent them an email but went ahead and bought this one so I don't miss out. Luckily I did! Worst case is I'll own 2…

    • MeToo.(and I bought two pairs).

Glad I didn't see this till now.

Did they reply to your request? Also, will any old airline adapters work or are they special ones for bose (like apple would make you do).

      Cheers

      • So they sent me an email:

We have had a computer error occur on our eBay store and had to end those listings that were effected.

We cannot support this price hence why it was ended and cannot pass on any refund on the price difference.

        Thank you for your understanding.

        No good :'(

        • -5

Hahaha! And you cancelled your original order! Serves you right for wasting people's time. Just so you could save $17

      • Just got an email saying they've cancelled my 1st order and that I was lucky getting it at the discounted price due to a system error.

        • +1

Can't believe they price jacked EVERYTHING in this sale. No main deal upvote for me! #Salty

  • Great Headphones

  • Am i missing something 20% of 476.00 is $380.80.

    • The price evidently changed

  • Do the QC35 IIs seriously not include a bloody airline adapter ??

I find that difficult to believe.

    • nope.

    • No big deal, only cost $1 on ebay.

    • Last time I was on the plane I just used the standard 3.5mm jack. Actually haven't seen that two prong connector in a while.

      • Yeah the 2 prong plug is being phased out.

Sent BOSE support a email to double check.

      • Were you able to listen to music on the plane using just the audio cable provided in the box? If so, why would people want the airline adapter at all?

        • A lot of older planes still have the 2 prong connector. You can usually plug a normal 3.5mm jack into one of them, but I think you normally only get either left or right sound and about 1/2 volume.
But those planes that do only have the 2 prong usually also offer headsets which have a 3.5mm->2 prong adapter on them, so you can just use the adapter if you don't have your own.

        • In all honesty I didnt even bother as I couldnt be bothered reaching to get the 3.5mm cable from my bag. I just paired it to my phone/tablet and used my own devices. Also had wifi while flying to the USA so I never even used the inflight entertainment system.

I think if you wish to use inflight entertainment, a better idea is to actually just spend a few bucks on a BT transmitter connected to the inflight entertainment as its cramped and tight enough already flying cattle class without having cables everywhere.

  • Bit shocked that these don't come with the airline adapter.

The original QC35's do, and the adapter is so very neatly stored in a special slot in the case.
