This was in the "Shortlist" marketing email sent out to Borders v.i.p. members today.

I joined the Borders v.i.p. club online earlier this week, & was issued a card immediately in one of their stores the next day. So anyone should be able to join up, get a card & enjoy this offer if they are interested.
These vouchers are getting worse…A month of two ago, there was a "40% off one book" voucher, now you have to buy 4 books to get the same discount.
