  • Not meaning to try hijack this thread, but it would be awesome if you could get a deal on the Tronsmart U5TF Titan Plus, please.

    • It's low stock at the moment. More stock should be available later in the month.

    No B28 :(

Would you not be better getting Australian stock of ZTE Axon 7 with QHD AMOLED screen and SD820 for $355 at officeworks

    • Yes, unless the extra 2gb of ram, the slightly larger battery and updated OS are considered important trade offs.

    • Are there still any about? I got one (a7) it's sick. OLED Rulez. Oreo update is coming and you can beta already.

    • There're some faults with the A7 camera, Just read precious posts.
You get what you paid for.

    • For ZTE Nubia Z17 Lite anywhere to get oz stock with warranty?

  • Ongoing issues with deal on https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/354006?page=2#comment

Geekbuying advised express shipping with 5-8 business days postage. Took 3.5 weeks for items to ship for people who purchased on the day the deal was posted. Bunch of other misleading information given in regards to when items were actually shipped.

Reports at the bottom of the thread are that the company is now refusing to provide refunds when they (the company) have the stock, unless customers cancel the Paypal dispute they have raised.

    YMMV.

  • I msged ZTE on FB and here's their reply for this phone model.. I wonder why it's not approved for sale in AU..hmmm

"Hi, sorry but this model is not approved for sale in AU. Nothing to stop you buying it (grey import) but we cannot offer warranty or assistance on this as we are not familiar with this model. I wish we could get that one in but unfortunately we can't."

    • Not uncommon for different regions to have their own brands and products. Nubia is a subsidiary of ZTE which hasn't expanded much outside of Australia.

      • Hi Clear, if they hasn't expanded much outside of Australia, shouldn't they be very developed here? Which means they should have more variety of stock isn't it? I had the impression ZTE is Chinese brand? Now I'm confused. :(
