      Both good sound quality, but slightly different. The addition of noise cancelling in the H8 means there is a little more clarity and tends to have better bass performance. H8 are also an on-ear fit, which comes down to personal preference.

      I can't speak on behalf of Kogan, but usually with their imported products you'll need to thoroughly investigate with the manufacturer if their warranty (2 years) is still valid.

      Theres no difference other than Kogan ships their headphones direct from Hong Kong Warehouse to you. Kogan will provide the 2 years warranty for you in Australia according to their Terms and Conditions.
