"The most flexible internet you can get? That’s us." - 24 month contract.

    • -3

Hey Andoes, on the 24 month contract you also get the flexibility to pause for us time, bill pause and a speed boost. All of which can be done with a touch of a button.

      • +3

Forgive me if I stay with my version of flexible. Month to month contracts with all aspects of internet and telecommunication providers.

Except if your ping skyrockets due to congestion they dont give a crap.

Dont trust these guys at all.

    • Decent providers will throttle connections on their side so that CVCs don't actually hit 100%. This means ping and packet loss don't become issues.

      • I had 400 ping in peak hours.
I contacted them about it and they said there nothing they can do.
        NBN FTTP

There response was unacceptable so i left for TPG the next day.

  • Iprumus is a nightmare!!!!
    Never EVER again!!!!
had it for 2 years with 4 mbit speed for 70 AUD! terrible….
    bad customer service too!!!

    • +1

Customer service sure, but is 4 megabit iPrimus fault? Or you cable condition and distance?

  • +1

Doesn't look like a deal to me at all. Much better prices can be found elsewhere.

    • +1

      And without 2 year contract.

  • The Telecube deal craps all over this. Ozbargainers aren’t gonna be happy with this that’s for sure

    • How can data limited plan crap over unlimited?

      • sorry I should have said for someone like me who won’t get through a terabyte a month Telecube is better as they won’t have the congestion so they are cheaper and faster.

        • ok to each their own i guess

  • Not recommended. It is hard to disconnect with them. There is no way to do it yourself, you have to go through couple of phone calls to get to the right person who then persuade to stay before finally able to get disconnection.

  • Wouldn't recommend them. Left them mid last year when i was migrating from adsl to nbn. They were forcing me to go on a 24 month contract when i was out of contract over 3 years. Even more they were trying to force me to purchase their equipment on top of it and not even waive the p&h. Told them to go get stuffed.

Goes to show how they treat their long term customers.

Lol pathetic offer from a pathetic provider!

  • Please clearly state the Speed Tier you are offering. To much BS with unquantifiable terms such as Supercharged. What does that actually mean?

    • +1

Its a zinger of a speed 50/20. They dont even offer 100/40 anymore from the looks of it.
Agree these tier names are BS and dont even reflect what speed you may achieve.

    • Updated the original post. Cheers

      • So it's NBN100 or NBN50?

        • Its nbn50 gotta dig through their info page to find it.

        • @bigpun: thanks it not ultra fast as stated in updated description
