I'm looking to purchase a leatherman surge. The cheapest I can find on eBay is about 200 with the bit kit. So I'm waiting for a 20% off or something to get it.
I noticed on Amazon us it can be gotten for about 100usd without the bits so maybe someone can recommend a mail forwarder..?

You should be able to find a ebay listing for a US seller that will be fairly close to the price you are wanting to pay.

In the past, I've found that it is usually cheaper to buy the bit kit separately- for some reason the 'bundles' that include the leatherman and bit kit often ended up being more expensive.
Also, you are probably aware of this but there are two different model Surge- the newer one has the plier head with the replaceable wire cutters. I've owned both old and new, and the newer one is the pick of the two.
