    I actually like the looks of it….maybe not for the muscle focussed gym junkie but looks like a great recovery drink for endurance athletes

    23g sugar per 100g is less than a lot of breakfast cereal!

        dunno, however this is more of a balanced formula. If you are doing intensive exercise over more than 2 hours a general consensus is to have a recovery shake with protein carb mix. Just as easy to drink chocolate milk though. Has similar protein carb nutrition, a lot cheaper and pretty tasty too.
