What Does The Percentage Figure Mean?

At the bottom of some postings after the expiry date of offer there is sometimes a red and green circle followed by a percentage figure, does anyone know what this means?-just curious

when you view this node in the unopened format eg list view, it shows a percentage after the expiry date
