Edit: Silly me, didn't notice coupon code…

Anyway, direct links to Colgate and Panamax for those looking to order online

If you really want that much toothpaste, you can get 6 of each flavour at the promo price

    • Anyone find any others 50c Colgate or only the 2 above?

  • Maybe that's why Warnie's smile is so bright - maybe he went to Cincotta !!

    • Nah, it's all the laser energy he's exposed to! It whitens whites & stimulates follicle growth at the same time! :p

  • This special appears to be valid at stores only not online.
EDIT: Adjusted title to reflect this.

    • I said the same thing in my post, but it's actually available online, just gotta punch in the coupon code!

      • Ah OK, the prices go down to specials after you enter the coupon code. Confusing ad. OK, fixed it again.

'we reserve the right to change prices at anytime without any notice'

  • For those not in NSW/QLD or who want to shop at Chemist Warehouse:

How does the Lowest Price Guaranteed offer work?
At Chemist Warehouse if you find a cheaper price on the same item at another Australian registered pharmacy or >Australian registered online pharmacy we will match it and give you 10% off the difference.

Chemist Warehouse online charge $5.50 for shipping but give you a $5 voucher upon signup. Maybe worth a try?

    • I shop at CW a bit, they're fair dinkum about their price guarantee…never whinge when I ask for a PM, even against their own online store! The staff in the Newcastle Hunter St. Mall store are outstanding IMHO! :)

  • 6L of listerine, 1.45KG of toothpaste, and 300G of paracetamol delivered for 46$

    what else can i add?

    • $.99 Tissues, $.20 cheaper than Coles/Woolworths

      Paper Towels

6 liters of listerine will definitely be over 3KG though.

      • there's something seedy about buying that much paper towel.

yeah the postage increases by 7$ for heavy parcel, ie 46 includes the extra

      • Yeah can get those tissues at local asian grocery store 2 for $0.80 each always.
Or sometimes Go Lo has them for 3 for $2 = $0.66 each.

Quality good enough for those interested…

  • OMG - just ordered a heap of toothpaste, listerine, paracetamol & deoderant - great savings! thanks

you're going to be a pleasant person to be around :)

maybe we can give these ads to people on the trains…

    • How did you manage under 3kg?

      • i ended up paying the extra for postage, think it was $5 something. still worth it :)

        • If you get over 50$ order, theyll deduct another $5.95 from the postage. My 10kg order charged $1 in postage

  • Fantastic bargain, thanks for sharing this pibloktoq!

I happen to live 20 minutes from a store so I'm just going to drop by tomorrow to pick up my goods. Hope they accept coupon code in person.

  • ===============

Hmm strange, on checkout it shows the discounted price (after applying the coupon), however when I login again to view the full order after the purchase it shows the full total instead.

    Anyone have the same issue??

probably too much detail .. but for the men.. if you have a significant other ask her if she needs ponstan

its really effective, and a good price on the site

and may save you being yelled at!

    hope that helps!

    • Hehe Natt, I asked my partner and she instantly knew what it was, apparently $7.99 is a good price thanks.

  • Beware the Listerine is very short dated. Most of it is expiring in Jan or Feb 2011. They have had these same specials going for a few months now. Selling the same short dated stock.

    • +1

That doesn't bother me, I doubt Listerine will actually go "bad" anytime soon. As long as it's used in the next 6-12 months I reckon it's fine. It's basically an alcohol so it probably lasts much longer than that.

    • Thanks for the heads up. That's a deal breaker for me.

      • See my post below, I just picked up 4 and the closest expiry date was FEB-2012, the others were MAY, JUNE, JULY of the same year. Ample time to get through it.

    • Got my online order delivered today - all Listerine expires October 2012!

  • these tissues are around 80c in just about any asian grocery store in Cabra or Bankstown

I heard Usher uses Colgate so this is a really good deal!! http://tinyurl.com/25w93n5

It should be noted that pharmacies have a professional obligation to promote the optimal use of medicines.

Discount warehouse pharmacies like this chain, sell medications like paracetamol (Panamax) at heavily discounted prices in the hopes that you buy additional items in-store. However these promotions could easily be seen as promoting overuse of medications, rather than their optimal use.

  • FYI, postage for just over 3kg is $5.19 to SA 5000.

  • Great deal. Thank you

  • Chemist warehouse often hav it at 49c if not cheaper. Ive seen it at 29c a few times now. But yea its still pretty cheap nonetheless

    • Lol the panamax that is

  • Good news everyone!

Just dropped into my local with the printed coupon page and they take it. Dunno what people are saying about short expirey dates on listerine, mine all show mid 2012 dates, maybe Marylands have the old stock (thats where all the online orders come from) I went to Toukley store. Had everything bar toothpaste. Bargain, never seen the purple listerine under $12 before, $5 is awesome. $20 just bought me a fresh breath for next 2 years :)

Anyone else just read that in the voice of Professor Farnsworth?

        Sweet zombie Jesus! ;)

LOL I'm glad that wasn't lost on anyone :D

  • the Colgate in the ad is from Dubai, I was told that by the owner of CW in Elsternwick and she would honor the voucher

    • Funny that. 15 minutes ago I went to the Chemist Warehouse in Elsternwick and after calling some random store from the bottom of the printout they refused the deal on the basis that THE DEAL HASN'T STARTED!

  • -1

the limit for 6 is only for panamax

    • no sorry there is a limit

    • For other products as well, ie. Colgate
You can buy more than 6 but they'll charge you full price for the 7+ items.

  • Great deal. Ordered 6 hair colour. After applying the coupon code the cart applied special priciing and the free shipping. Shipping and handling FAQ says is next day shipping.

  • Did everyone print out their vouchers or was it sufficient to mention the voucher/show the image on their smartphone?

    • Printed it. They were pretty fussy, wouldn't let us buy >6 of anything (my girlfriend and I) since we only had 1 print out. The only thing we'd have bought 12 of is the toothpaste but it had ran out anyway so it didn't matter. My flatmates can't believe we now have 600 headache pills :)

EDIT: But the one person there said there's nothing stopping us from returning with newly printed coupons as often as we liked, or bringing 2, paying and then walking straight back in. So they're pretty cool.

      • thanks Click_It, I'll head to the office and print out tomorrow. Hopefully black and white is ok.

  • Went to the Carlingford Store. Manager would not take the print out and insisted I bring in the original. But after a bit of a debate, he gave in.
So all good in the end.

    • Yeah, I went to the same store yesterday. Chinese lady there refused to accept the print out. Poor me!

  • just got my delivery!

    toothpaste - australian stock
    listerine - 2012 October expiry

    presents for family.

    • Geez - I hope you don't have me for KK/Secret Santa this year !!

    • got my delivery today

same - toothpaste from australia and listerine expires Oct 2012 and panamax expires Sept 2013

      all good!

  • Super deal thanks…just ordered up!!!

  • Dropped into the Neutral Bay store and the people there would not accept print outs.
Dropped into the Glebe store and they said the offer was only valid at regional stores.
I just ordered it online. No issues there.

    • went to Glebe Saturday and they said they would only accept an original copy. Anyone actually receive one? I live near Glebe but didn't receive one.

  • +1

Damn that's no good hearing the Sydney stores rejecting the coupon. I had no problems at all at my local Toukley store, although technically I suppose you would consider it to be "regional" as Sydneysider pointed out so who knows… If shipping isn't desirable I'd definitely push the issue until they accept the offer! My store even said I can come back again and again if I wish. No real desire to do so other than to get some toothpaste which they were out of last time. One can only use so much listerine & have so many headaches/hangovers :)

    • I would understand the original coupon request, but think the regional stores only is just an excuse because the coupon lists all the stores and there is no mention of regional only.

BTW, I just received my package as well. Regarding the toothpaste, there is no mention of a "made in" location, but I do see Australia all over the packaging, so assume it's Australian.

I am curious about the toothpaste expiry date though. There is a 2010 date on one side, I am assuming that it was when the toothpaste was made as oppose to expiry. Can someone confirm?
