Stone Go To IPA 6-Pack (470ml Cans) $21 @ Costco (Membership Required)

50

Pretty much what it says in the title. Works out to be $84/case.

I'm a Stone Brewing fan and it seems relatively rare to see this brand anywhere near this price point in Aus.

For comparison, Vintage Cellars have this for $104/case, and Dan Murphy's has $90/case (but it's only 355ml bottles).

NB: Costco membership required.

If you're spending nearly $90 on a case of depressants, you've got some serious problems.

    • better to spend that on 3 caps of ecstasy or MDMA.

      • Thats when u get used to the cases of depressants.

        • Or your PTSD is cured.

Wow, you're getting ripped if you think that's a good price.

Interesting article on best before dates and the difference between what brewers apply in the States and what they apply when exporting.

          Fair point.
Funnily enough, I remember hearing an interview with the head brewer of Stone several years back when he was vehemently opposed to shipping to Australia… 6 months later his beer appeared in nearby bottle shops.
That said, I cracked one tonight and wasn't disappointed.

Walked all over Costco couldn't find it. Asked someone, they said they don't even sell it. Remembered I live in Adelaide.
Assume by the lack of locality mentioned, OP lives in the centre of the fricken universe.

Apologies. Spotted in Majura, ACT. So, yes… Centre of the universe…
Honestly, I simply assumed it'd be at most if not all Costco's

Costco and Aldi aren't allowed to sell alcohol in SA and QLD

  • Last time I was in Costco they had the 375ml bottles of Noble One for cheaper than I saw them at Coles/Woolworths or Dans. Just in case someone was looking for them and visit Costco regularly; this was in Victoria.
