Saw this just a little while ago and thought it was quite a good deal. Yes, you can get other 460s for cheaper, but this comes with the MSI's Cyclone cooler, which from what I hear is reasonably quiet - quieter than stock cooling while still providing slightly lower temps.

I'm one for reasonably quiet computers. Buying a card with good (and quiet) custom cooling means that you don't have to buy an aftermarket cooler (which usually cost 50 and up), so if you're looking at a (reasonably) quiet gaming computer without spending lots, then usually a good custom cooled card is the way to go.
