  Minimum Surcharge fee for up to 3 qty $70 kills the deal for me, just wanted to replace a broken Venetian which is costing same as this fee :-(

    I am hearing you, Unfortunately 1 blind for DIY shipping fees are high which we need to cover, Your still saving 50-80% from traditional retailers out there from the start.

    Also if Install is needed , installers charge minimum install fee $70 also for 1-3 blinds.
