Good for those who'd like to buy a copy of GTA 5 on steam due to Summer Sale.
This is probably the cheapest I've seen for a copy of GTA 5. Am so glad they didn't increase the price and discount it at 67% off like they usually do.

Grand Theft Auto V for PC will also feature a video editor designed for advanced movie-making.
I'd happily pay a bit extra to get it on steam…
but can someone confirm that if I get it on steam - would I also need to install rockstar social club…

Yes you would also need Rockstar Social Club (unfortunately)
I kinda wish I got mine on Steam. It's a pain when I feel like playing it again after a few months and have to wait for updates.
So its better to get Steam version rather than RSC version?
Just for the ease of it. I like having my games in one library.
Plus steam will automatically download updates and sync achievements with R*.
If you want to save money and don't care too much just get the Social Club version.

Saw a Twitch stream of an RP GTA server, didn't know that was a big thing but it's hilarious. People get really into character apparently.
Finally when its on its last legs it goes on sale. Its just the RP stuff keeping this going.
I have been waiting for this game after devoting years to GTA IV. Absolutely loved that game. Now I just need to have an acceptable GPU (GTX 580 won't cut it) and I will be happy.
Thanks Op. Decided to go with this as even though I have it on Xbox One, I have been craving playing this on my super ultrawide PC monitor and also taking advantage of my new RGB speakers.

Thanks. Few questions. One of the things I liked about GTA IV was the ability to record and edit clips. Can that be done in V? Also, if installed via Steam, is it possible to change the textures of the cars to enhance the visuals?
