Love it. Max 12 bags per person. Who's going to buy 60kg of rice when most of the time the 5kg bags of rice are half price (different brands).
interesting to see how this compares to riviana / maharajah / indiagate classic
IMHO, Indiagate > Sunrice > Rivana/Maharajah
Maharajah Basmati used to be very good (long grain), but their new version Basmati are Calico Rice.
This stuff is almost as good as Indiagate. Maybe as good IMHO.

also how weevil proof is the bag for storage
of the three phunky quoted, I remember one company had a plastic bag inside the cloth bag
which made it weevil proofCurrently have a bag that has no inner plastic bag
so there are weevils
oh well extra proteinidk how weevil proof it is but comes in a outer cloth bag and plastic bag inside

It’s not Basmati at all. Very bad quality rice.
prefer Indya Crown Basmati Rice, $7 on special, $10 RRP. better than Sunrice.

For Indya - the rice grains are whiter and longer, but to me they are bit plasticy (I don't know how to put it in word).
So I still prefer Sunrice over Indya Crownwhere do you get Indya Crown Rice?
and is it $10 RRP for 5kg?Eastgardens stock them. Sometimes I saw them on special for $7 even when Coles web shows them $10.95 RRP. They were $10 normally but looks like Coles increased the price.
