SanDisk High Endurance MicroSD 32GB $20.99 Delivered @ sinceritytradingau eBay

70

Realised that my Sandisk Ultra was causing problems in the dashcam, looked it up and it is a well documented issue. This seems like a great price for the high endurance model, most other stores are $25+

  • If i use the normal sd card for dashcam and they fail with 10 years warranty, can i get it replaced?

    • no

      • Have you tried? How can sanddisk tells if u use it for dash cam?

        • I didn't try but wear pattern on dead flash card can be analyse especially the typical writing signature of dashcam usage

of course, there are exceptions like the RMA guy don't bother checking it & just issue replacements for all claims

        • @phunkydude:

Which is almost certainly the case.

          So few would bother replacing.

  • I wouldn't be buying any memory cards off eBay. Too many fakes around.
You can pick up the Sandisk high endurance 64gb from MSY for $44.
Any problems with it, atleast you can return it.

    • +1

but those $12 pcbyte must be genuine ?

    • Great idea. Might head to my local MSY. Wish it was a bit cheaper though

    • Yeah that is a bit of a worry. Mostly positive reviews, but not sure how you would determine authenticity with these. Most brick and mortar stores are a huge rip though. I think the reason why many of these cards as so low priced on eBay is because they are taking advantage of the Plus scheme, where eBay pays for the postage.

    • Are MSY still a pain to deal with? In regards to faulty products/returns?
