I had a vegan burger at Huxtaburger once, and it was nice, but they use brioche buns so they gave me a GF bun instead, which wasn't nice. Their vegan burger would be much nicer if they had a wholemeal bun as an option.
That's why they use brioche buns, because they taste nice. There's a reason you don't see anyone choosing to be vegan solely based on taste.
Well yeah, that's pretty obvious. There are many other burger joints around me which offer wholemeal buns and vegan options, so I'm very spoilt for choice, I just wanted to give a heads up for anyone who is looking at getting the vegan burger here.
