I'd just like to share a positive experience I've had with fasttech. I've bought quite a lot of them over the last 6 months - they are similar to gearbest; cheap to buy, slow to arrive, but reliable. Anyway, I had an item arrive and it was broken. The important thing is to use their website support system, not email. You open a ticket. I had no response via emails, but their online support is reasonably quick. They will send you an email in response, but it is better to answer them through their own system - there you'll see all the correspondence. They initially suggested I might be able to glue the item, keep it, and they'd give me $4.00 credit. I don't think glue will hold - and I'd have to buy araldite - so said no. They then offered to replace it; I said I didn't like the design and thought the new item would break too. So I asked if I could pay the difference in price for a different item. They came back with a link to pay the difference, I've received receipts etc and an email to say the item is on it's way.
Positive experience with FastTech

Never had any issues with Fasttech. Had a warranty claim a while back and had to send them some photos of the broken part, they paid for the return shipping after I sent them the AusPost invoice.
yes, I had a good photo too
Fasttech have always been good. Owned by the same mob who opened up Dealextreme and sold out in 2012 before the 50% off fiasco.
