My strip is connected to my phone and I can turn it on and off and change the colour through the app but it seems that the LEDs themself don't turn on. The remote is turned on and has the blue indicator which means its connected to the wifi.
I'm wondering if anybody has encountered this or wants to help me.

Have you tried
1.Disconnecting power and reconnecting ?
2. removing from account and adding again?
