Can Anyone Recommend a Sub- $50 Torch That Has 18650 Discharge Protection?

Hi, I recently tore apart an Aldi power pack to get ten 18650 cells and so I am now looking for a torch that can use these cells (flat top, unprotected?). Can anyone recommend a decently priced torch, sub-$50 or there abouts, that uses multiple cells? As I have no other use for the cells hahaha

Some notes:
- I was looking at the Thorfire Q8 but I can't seem to confirm it has any protection circuitry, but something as powerful as that (2000-3000+ lumen?) would be great.
- I'm willing to modify the battery/Torch in order to make the cells work like a button-tops so the torch doesn't have to only work with flat-top 18650 cells, but I guess it would be safer if it did.
- An awesome bonus feature would be USB charging, with overcharge protection, on the torch itself so I don't have to invest in an external charger (also taking recommendations for a good charger)

Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately you can't filter by "protected/non-protected" but it will help you choose by almost any other parameter.

The only torches that I can think of that include on-board protection are from Armytek or Zebralight, but you'd be hard pressed to find one of their models for $50 or less.
