This place is good… I am a bit worried about the T&C about "new customers only"… can they prove that I'm not a new customer? Can my partner buy a voucher (if he hasn't bought one before) but he has been there with me before? :P
We would like to see as many new customers as possible. However, we are not one of those places that puts basic T&C over common sense. Our main goal is to treat customers in the best way possible to make clients for life. As you can image if we start arguing about things like "are you a new customer and haven't we seen you here before" we will not make our customers too happy with us. If you have been to the Third Wave Cafe before and would like to take advantage of this offer, you are welcome!
Thank you for the feedback. :) Some folks here have had some bad experiences from some group buy merchants and your response was very reassuring. :)
I think people should be made aware that the coffee cards (one third of the value here) are not usable until a subsequent visit. So its actually $70 worth of free food and drink and $35 worth of coffee at another time. Still $24 for $70 worth is not too shabby!
