I'm currently in an area where NBN will not be available for a very long time.
I am on wireless broadband which caps at 12mbps for $60 pm. For $70pm with full access 4g and a tab for an extra $10 it seems worthwhile.
Even if I sell the tab ~$800-900, I can get 200gb internet ~$50pm full 4g.

    supposedly works with Optus Home Wireless Broadband modems.
    Not sure if it works with vivid but you can do a quick search on whirlpool.

  I just signed up! I use ~200gb with my vivid wireless… but since I needed to recontact my phone, also got the sim-only $44 plan for an extra shared 50gb.
  Essentially got me a free Tab! Thanks OP!

    I recently re-signed a new sim only plan $36 for 30gb a month.
    I will buy a new phone outright.

    I cancelled my home wireless broadband ~$70 cancellation cost.
    New S4 tab and 200gb for only $10 a month more.

    So for ~$310 ($240 over 24 months) i get full 4g plus network and an S4 Tab.

    Optus rep told me they are out of stock.
