Think this is a great deal given that it is Australian Stock and Warranty. Also shipping fast received item within a few days from Sydney. There is cheaper from overseas but you will be waiting weeks to receive it.

    2nd gen. It is 800lumens so quite bright.

  These are the ones that support HomeKit natively right? Do you need to use the Xiaomi apps to setup/configure them? (I'm considering them as a gift for someone who can use HomeKit but will probably struggle with Xiaomi's apps.)

    You need Yeelight App, not Xiaomi Home. Mine does not pair with Xiaomi Home but works perfectly with Yeelight App, maybe because they are 2nd gen. The Xiaomi Home Apps seems to be 1st gen only.

        I have tried Singapore, China and US server and Mi Home doesn't pick up the bulbs, even after I set them up with Yeelight App AND Google Home.
