Samsung Galaxy S9 256GB 24 Mths Plan 105GB $105/Mth (Save $480) @ Optus

40

Just noticed that the $125 plan is now $20 cheaper (saving $480 over the 24 month term). There is an existing $105/mth plan which includes 40Gb of data but the $125 plan is now at the same price with 60Gb more data. Includes an additional 5Gb of data per month for the 24 month term.

Critical Information Summary

Eligibility
The $105 My Plan Flex ($125 Promo) is the $125 My Plan Flex with a $20 discount. It is a mobile service connected to a mobile phone leased from us, available to new and recontracting services on selected phones (as advertised from time to time).

Lease contract
You lease a mobile phone from us for at least 24 and no more than 26 months to use with your My Plan Flex plan, and pay us monthly lease charges (if any) in addition to your monthly plan fees. The plan ends in one of these ways: you cancel early (including by porting), you end the plan at the end of the
24-month term (or at any time in the two months after that) (including porting your number) or we end it early because you have breached the terms. If it does not end beforehand, the
lease will automatically end at the end of 26 months from the start date.

Just a heads up guys - the same plan is available with the iPhone X for the same price ($105 per month).

Whilst I take an Android over an iPhone any day, if you are buying for the data/plan, the iPhone X is probably a better deal as you could sell it for more than a Galaxy S9.

  • The terms say it's for lease? So meaning Do you have to return the phone after lease?

    • It appears that 'Owning the Phone' and 'Leasing the Phone' are the same price.

      • Well that would be one shit deal if it's $105pm over 24m to lease a phone.

  • 84$= iPhone X 256gb with 205gb data, 24 months. @ HN

That’s currently the best offer afaik. Own, not lease. Valid till the end of this month. Must port-in.

That’s for remote postcode isn’t it

      • Ymmv check with your HN

    • That deal is expired. And I believe it was 105GB data and not 205GB
