According to this article, there are many benefits in drawing for adults. Drawing is a great way to improve our creativity and it also lets us express our emotions & feelings.

I use drawing as an activity in the community groups that I'm involved in and have definitively seen it's benefits!

Here are five ebooks to hopefully inspire you to want to draw. Some are for kids but it's good to let the inner child out every now and then! All ebooks were free at the time of posting.

    I always enjoy having a meal and watching The Simpson's.

    I believe it's from the dinner time slot for my childhood. Strange that I remembered this right now. Never thought of it like that

    The book on Perspective Drawing would likely be helpful with my field of work, while the Simpsons book would be helpful with my strategy for surviving "life" (cartoons and thinking back to when I enjoyed waking up each day).

    Such a hard decision, but thank you regardless!

    Is there anyway to not use kindle unlimited? The book is free but it wants me to pay $13.99 a month to read the book lol.

    edit: going through "1 click" option allowed me to own the product and view it on my destop without download the software or signing up. Thanks op!
