We’re inviting everyone to spend their birthday with us at Taronga Zoo Sydney or Taronga Western Plains Zoo Dubbo – for just $1!*

Taronga is not for profit and every Zoo ticket, even your $1 entry, helps Taronga to ensure a brighter future for wildlife.

Don't forget to bring your friends & family to celebrate your birthday too. During your visit, enjoy all the keeper talks and shows happening throughout the day. There’s always plenty happening at Taronga.

What's involved
Register for your $1 birthday voucher online now using our registration form.

On your birthday, simply bring a valid proof of your birth date and ID, along with your birthday voucher to the ticket desk, to receive $1 entry into the zoo.

Vouchers can either be printed or shown on your mobile device, as long as it’s clearly legible. The only accepted proof documents are:

Birth certificate
Driver's licence
State issued proof of age card
Passport
Don’t forget that children under the age of four years always receive free entry into Taronga.
