    EMTEC Are the Worse thumb drives I have ever bought, bought 3 at OW. Ever time I inserted them Computer said they had errors. Very slow. I gave them all away.

      Technically yes, but they have a slow write speed which can be an issue if take a burst of images or record 4k UHD video.

      Some people also report problems using microSD cards in DSLRs that have a SD card slot. I personally have never had that problem, but that is based on one older Canon model.

          Yeah YMMV but I'd look out for SanDisk Extreme/Ultra, Samsung, even the high performance Lexar ones.

          It might be alright if you aren't working with 4K?

      I wouldn't. Even if you use it for photos / the camera, you'll probably have a noticeable delay after snapping a pic, for it to be written to this media.

      It should work. But the A45 rebuilds/checks it’s database on each boot, which can take a minute or more on slow cards, particularly if you have a lot of music.

      I’ve put in a faster card, just to make that DB process happen speedily. Saving a minute on boot each time is worth a few dollars extra to me. Particularly given the A45 isn’t cheap to begin with. As a bonus, the faster card makes it quicker to add music too.

      As a general rule, everything is better with a faster card.

    I have an usb3 stick, its so slow. Starting copying, it writes at more than 20 MB/s for 10 seconds then it drops to zero, then it is up and down.
