        This issue. I've been having it since I owned the first pair and even the replacement pair I was sent is doing it. Earin have assured me they're working on it but if it's not fixed by December (the latest I can file a dispute) then I'm filing a Paypal dispute to get my money back.

          @Tacooo: That’s a real shame and I hope they sort it for you but one of the last comments from Feesho12345 seems a decent workaround until it’s sorted.

          It’s bloody annoying when these companies don’t address what may well be a simple software fix…and as a result lose their customer base and reputation.

          For this reason, I will never by anything audio from Phillips again.

  Too much for little earbuds. Yes it's basically around Apple's pricing but still. You can get great earbuds for a lot less.
