    The codes are targeted at specific items it seems, no clue about what the items are though lol, I got "This code can't be applied to the order.", so it works but doesn't work on any item.

        That's not "very limited" that's a normal part of their very small exclusion list, which covers basically money or similar things…

          I didn't really try anything else, but it seems the bigger problem was that the code wasn't working for anyone. :P

          It'd be helpful for them to clearly state categories or stores that aren't included.

    None of the codes work and just had the longest gasbag from their support person blaming almost every setting and excuse possible about the codes. Postal Address Australian - CHECK Purchase price in AUD - CHECK, Registered Address Australia - CHECK, item quantity one CHECK, code is TOPT10 - CHECK. After almost 10 minutes of going nowhere they agreed to file a report! :P

    I contacted eBay Help again, they're still working on fixing the problems and making the codes work again.

    I'm pretty annoyed because I committed to buying some expensive gear on the basis of these discounts, and now I will have to pay full price unless they reinstate them soon.

      Did you explain the situation to ebay chat? they have the ability to manually add unique codes and vouchers to your account… They gave me a $10 voucher the other day when the PLUSME code wouldn't work..

    Just spoke to eBay. They have no idea when the code will be back, but they said they'll speak to their supervisor to get me a 10% off code because I've already bought items that are awaiting payment.

      They gave me a voucher in dollars which worked out to 10% off my entire cart, including shipping and GST… Which is better than the original 10% off code which only worked on the item price. That worked out well then.
