Weeride Tag-along (for Children) Bicycle Trailer $9.86 (Goneski's...) Target, Maroochydore

220

I spotted some 'Wee-ride' Children's tag-along bicycle trailers today at Target, Maroochydore. These are essentially a kids bicycle that is missing the front half of the bike, it attaches to an adult sized bicycle clamping onto the seatpost. Your child can either help you move along or they can choose to coast along (lazy buggers) and let you do all the work.

Clearance: $9.86…NOT A MIS-PRINT!

I even asked the staff member putting them out if the price tag was screwed up. I'd buy them all and do a broden…but whenever I try to sell anything, people try to screw me down below cost (even if it's a stupid bargain already) and they ask for stupid warranties on cheap items…

There were 22 left when I looked at the pile this morning around 11am. I did ponder buying one for the hell of it so I can turn around shocked when people ask me where my kid is (I don't have children), but figured this deal would be more useful for those unlucky buggers who do actually have kids!

    +1 for doing a broden

    • Maximum broden points possible would be around $1000. Worth it if you can sell, but not worth it if your me. People see my face and think they can screw me down hard…

    • How long until "doing a broden" hits the main-stream media?

      • it depends. But it will happen faster if the song "Doing a Broden" is recorded by Rebecca Black

    • I understand the broden thing but can anyone link me to the original broden posts

edit: found it - thanks below
      lol he is amazing

Good find, but why are the tags "f**k", "the", "trailer", "what"?

    • +2

Was meant to be 'trailer', 'what', 'the' and 'f**k'…

RRP is usually anywhere from $90-150

Ozbargain puts the tags in alphabetical order

        champagne comedy!

        • I figured since it was so cheap…it's not everyday you see 90% off! Especially with an item such as this

    • haha lol love the tags

  • I think I understand broden points. Please explain

  • Thanks

Thanks Bendertiger, you're a champ. I was actually in the market for this. Just bought the last two from Target Charlestown, NSW for $9.86 each(not a misprint;). Also tried Westfield Kotara by phone but said no stock.

I loved the comment "I did ponder buying one for the hell of it so I can turn around shocked when people ask me where my kid is (I don't have children)"

  • Goddamn…they sold out quick! I went there today at about 7pm…nothing! Cleaned out!

Reason why I went back is a friend requested one once I told him the bargain! On a positive note, there are now about 22 kids screaming to their parents 'I want to go for a bicycle ride'
