The link above I've put is to the first form where you just fill out simple things, mainly your name and email address. BUT you may have noticed the form does not have a place for your address. See, to claim the frame, they send an email out to the email address you gave them (so you cant put a fake one ;D), and in the email is a link that you click and it takes you to a form where THERE you fill out your address :)
