    I dont need any of tbese products but just want to state that the seller is awesome. Purchased a few things from them. A+. I have no association just super impressed with how they dealt with a support issue i had, they went above and beyond.

      Contrary with my experience. Bought samsung s8+ in grey colour. 2 days later got a phone call that the grey was run out stock & I agreed change to black one. For warranty purpose and to claim TRS I send them email to change the receipt to black one. Nothing happened.
      I called them & they said they will email it, never receive it.
      BTW, I bought 2 refurbished like new phones (samsung s8+ & s9), both of them were not like new, lots of micro scratches. Too hassle to send it back and I have to go overseas with the phones. I wouldn't buy anything from them.

        same. luckily I only got screwed out of a few dollars but they were hell to deal with, completely ignored me until I escalated a paypal dispute then all of a sudden they remembered that I existed. if it wasn't for paypal refunding me my return postage I'd have lost out completely.

        I'd recommend anyone thinking about buying anything from Phonebot read through some old posts here… I'll never deal with them again.

          hi mate. you got send a wrong item which was resolved back in feb .if its a matter of a few $2-$3 of postage, i can send those to you from my pocket but other than that i think 6-7 months is a reasonable time to move on

        I ordered a s7+ case, got delivered an s7 case, emailed the store(no reply) and pmd here, they were meant to send one out but never got it.

        Not the best for me either.

        hey mate, tax invoice pdf can be downloaded from the confirmation email. sometimes that email lands in the junk folder but when did you email us? i can send one again.

        as for the microscopic scratches, theres a trade off between a brand new product and a refurb like new product and the price difference reflects that

    Are these grey imports or genuine Australian stock. For example the Pixel 2 XL comes with a 24 month warranty direct from Google Australia. That 12 month warranty sounds an awful lot like a grey import phone.

    I purchased a genuine AU stock 128GB Pixel 2 XL during the black friday sales through Ebay for $795.
