    Used to buy quite a bit of home wear for the family from here but quality has really gone done in the last couple of years. Sizes aren't true. Too big. Very thin and flimsy fabric. Shoes are of better quality. Still like their shoes but sizing is really hard to predict and so buying online is like a gamble.

    Yeah I hate this tricky advertising BS, I'm sure they have some explanation lurking behind the asterisk, but definitely puts me off

    Excludes leather, tried purchasing a pair of suede chelsea boots in a similar sale and they said that they werent included in sale because they contained some leather on the inside lol

  Clothing is generally better than chain stores but they do have the odd flimsy thing.
  Shoes are good for the price but the soles come off easy. Wish they would use water proof glue.
