Technically this is more correct. The McDouble and Double Cheeseburger have two pickles (or at least they are supposed to) and the Cheeseburger only come with one.
So would be a double cheeseburger with one less slice of cheese, or a Cheeseburger with an extra slice of meat and an extra pickle.
Always get them without pickles anyway…
