Believe me if that was the case, there would be vast amounts of users in the penalty box.
In any case, it's not appropriate to discuss individuals but in general, unless you are a SPAMMer, it usually means multiple bans and warnings.

We can't comment on individual cases, however in general permanent bans happen after numerous warnings and temporary bans.
This is a deal for lingerie so questions such as this should be directed in the proper threads like this one.

They were the heroes OzBargain deserved, but not the ones they needed right now.
There's only about a dozen products in the entire shop. None of which look all that much of a bargain, despite 30% off.

I'm confused about who your market is.
You seem to only have select sizes in different products, and don't seem to stock DD in anything. DD is the most common cup size I have heard. Navigating your site is difficult because you have no universal search showing the products for a particular size.
I can't see anything up there which shows your measurements for the sizes - which can vary from brand to brand. Given you want women to purchase something designed to support them, I would have thought you'd need that up given women can't just try them on.
Also, your models seem to be wearing products too small for them. This one the tissue is spilling over the cup from the sides, and the gore does not appear to be resting comfortibly against the sternum.
