  damn, i paid $270 for this when it first came out (and passed my old wii on), assuming it was going to be a little more "limited"! i should have kept my old wii til now!

  worth it over the normal wii for the in-built original Super Mario Bros. (plus it's red, so it's faster!)

  plus worth it for New Super Mario Bros, which is awesome.

    yes it does. all new systems come with the new Wii Remote Plus controllers (with the motion plus built in).

  If you guys want a real limited edition wii case, buy one from eBay for roughly $20, I almost got a gold cover for mine, but I didn't want to buy anything more for a console I wasn't going to use

  Make sure to install the homebrew channel, it makes the Wii about 50x more awesome.

  I believe this is not a real deal and is actually a mistake on the DSE web site.

  I tried two stores in Melbourne and both said this console and game bundle was only available last year. The only current offer is $199 for white or black console with Wii Sports + Sports Resort.

  On that basis this gets a neg from me.

      Yes but not for sale when I asked.

      Both guys in Swanston Street I talked to insisted this sold out BEFORE christmas! I even showed them the web site.
