Greetings everyone, just noticed this deal on Amazon AU, this seems to be a stellar price for this Micro SD. This is one of the best cards for Dashcams on the market.

I believe this is the cheapest it has been for a long time, even cheaper than the Newegg deal previously.

Designed specifically for video monitoring cameras (dash cams, surveillance & security cams, CCTV, body cams, etc.)
Up to 43,800 hours of 4K and Full HD (1080p) recording and playback
Reliability Built to Last – Water-proof, Shock-proof, Temperature-proof, X-ray-proof, Magnetic-proof
Transfer speeds up to 100MB/s
5-year limited warranty

Free Delivery is available when you spend over $49 and have prime, otherwise a delivery cost applies.

If you have prime, check out the other items on the Global Store to get your order over $49, I found quite a few around the $3-$4 mark really easily by searching Low to High.

As always, enjoy!

  • Work well with phones?

  • Great find! Thats almost half price

  • Why is this good for dashcam? Will it work on most dashcam?

    • +7

This card is much better for constant recording (like dash cams, Surveillance) as it can withstand a much better constant write speed over time. Check out this review for further info.

        Thank you.

      • Read the review, some good insight there, but I don't understand how this card offers any benefits for dash cams over the 128gb Evo+? The review mentions that it was only random writes where the EVO+ falls short, but dash cam writes are sequential, are they not? If so, the EVO+ is actually more than twice as fast in the write-speed department compared to the endurance pro! Is there something else important I'm missing?

  • 32 GB at $17.26 is good?
Not sure if the Xiaomi Mai 70 support 128GB?

    • +1

it does. been using my 128g with no issue.

  • Speed grade only 1 not 3 though?

    • Which is enough for FHD instead of UHD recording for most of the dashcam I believe?

      • Claims fine for 4k though…

        • Probably be ok. But don't expect perfect performance on your GoPro for years on end.

This is what I went for recently. 11 cents cheaper if you can buy it in person.

    • I've had my extreme for just about 3 years in an A119 dashcam recording 2 hours a day driving. Can't fault it. Was cheap as hell too (32gb) 👍👍

  • Up to 43,800 hours of 4K and Full HD (1080p) recording and playback

You can record either of those at only 3 megabytes per hour?

Nope. 43800 hours is 5 years - the warranty life.

  • Not a micro sd but anyone has any experience with this card?

Looks to be a good price for a high speed card. Even though i read some compatibility problems with Sony camera (which i use). Thanks

    • Keep in mind that for those cards you need high end equipment to get the high speeds. A normal USB 3 card reader won't be anywhere near 170MB/s read speeds.

      • More the write from Sony A7 iii camera :) thanks

        • I wouldn't bother with it. The higher read speeds are only available in the special Sandisk card reader.

Just buy a normal extreme pro which is 95MB/s read and write which is more than enough for 24mp stills and 4k video.

    • @andri77 i have sony handy cam. Is this Samsung pro micro 128 gb card ok with it ?

      • I think it will work but not 100% sure. Sorry

  • just received this card few days ago. paid $63 for it on the last deal :(

  • +1

I don't drive that much, but has anyone worn out a Samsung EVO microSD card yet?

I have used one the storage for a security camera system as well. I think that was recording about 12GB per day.

    • Going strong after 4 years. I only do about 20 minutes a day in the car though.

  • Dumb question - how is this card compared to this deal: https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B074RNRM2B?smid=A4XRJ8S0WXSO0
I need more space - my laptop has only 256Gb ssd… which one would be better option?

    • +2

      For laptop get the 400GB.

      • Not too slow though? not that much faster than 5400rpm hdd….

    • Best option is normally to replace the SSD with a larger one. This may or may not be an easy task, it depends on the model and your abilities.

    • Us dollars and also have to add GST.

    • +2

      That's $29.99 USD,
      - no free shipping with amazon.com.au prime membership (amazon.com has separate prime membership) +$5.21 USD for delivery
      - GST not included in price, +$3.52 USD for tax

Final price is USD $38.72, which equates to AUD $54.74 based on mastercard exchange rates (plus any foreign transaction fee your bank may charge e.g. 3% surcharge)

  • This definitely earns a positive from me! Great price found, not sure how you found it but it is dirty cheap!

  • Bought 2x 64GB to qualify for free shipping.

  • Note that GoPro's website says this card is NOT recommended for the GoPro Hero 7. https://gopro.com/help/articles/block/microSD-Card-Considera…

  • Grab https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/product/B0711SDCGY/ref=ppx_yo_d… as well so to get free shipping. I have a few cast iron skillets and this can come in handy.

  • No…..missed it.
