Curious to see if anyone has experience before I pull the trigger on this card:

My understanding is that if you buy a gift card online using the referral link, you get 5% off. So on a purchase of 157.9 you get charged $150, as proven in their online checkout.
Now enters the credit card, if you use Platinum Rewards card (free for the first year) you score a $50 gift card if you spend $150 for 3 consecutive months.
So now we have 'spent' the following'
(157.9*3)+50= 523.7, at a true cost of $450.
This makes the grand total a 14.07% discount. Not bad for groceries.

So my question (and the only downfall I can see) is this: Do woolworths gift cards incur a cash advance fee?
The 10% monthly shop discount doesn’t get applied to gift card purchases (at least it doesn’t for Only1s, haven’t tried to buy other gift cards but I expect the same result).
