So I bought a voucher for a meal, cost was $45 for Italian restaurant in Sydney…Anyway, this voucher has expired, 2 months over the due date! I'm very time poor and havent had a chance to go…
Whats my chances of a refund or credit? Anyone have similar experience?

was this a trick question? as per issh's response, seems pretty black and white to me…
you can email them and plead your case.
Best case scenario would be they give you a refund in ouffer credits (i'll be very surprised if they d0)
or u can just lie, and say they wouldn't taking any booking towards the end cause they were booked out.
just a thought.
but if it was a giftcard that expired, i'm sure the retailer would not take it. So dont like your chance of "i didnt have time to go"!
I know this sounds harsh, but don't even bother emailing them, I'm sure they get enough people asking for refunds because they forgot to use their vouchers, and this takes time away from customers with legitimate issues.
Just accept the fact that it was your responsibility to use the voucher within the time frame, and think twice when buying one in the future.

i personally think you don't deserve a refund even if they give it to you… its like me buying milk from coles. then it going off cos i didnt drink it. and wanting a refund.
just be more careful when buying coupons in the future.
