Syneco 100kg 2 Step Steel Household Folding Ladder

Wow, that is a heavy step ladder, not wonder it's so cheap…

Ok I chuckled at this comment, take my upvote you silly bastard

    • +12

I would've thought the more impressive feat was that it could fold your household up.

      • +5

or that it's for Steel households only.

        • Resell 100kg steel @ scrap yard for profit.

    • jv's comments are definitely a step above the rest

  • No stock…

    • Taylors Lakes has stock.
      Northland showing as low stock.

    • Yeah there is

WA - maddington showing every colour

  • +2

No stock in the ACT either :(

  • I have this. It's a good ladder.

    • without sounding rude, do you weigh less than 100Kg?

If not have you had any issues?

Because I weight a lot more than 100Kg but still want a cheap step-ladder.

I'm working on it, lost 7Kg in the last 2 weeks.

          • @Tread: Beast mode confirmed.

@Tread: Great start and a step in the right direction, congratulations!
            What is your goal weight?

              What is your goal weight?

              It's in the post title…

            • +2

@mapax: Thanks for the encouragement, jv is actually right, 100Kg is my goal weight.

@Tread: Being able to make use of a bargain would certainly motivate me to lose weight.

I hate this style of ladder, and given how it flexes under 70kg, I wouldn't recommend it.

        • thank you for the response +1

      • +3

Last time I used it extensively I was 80kg. It did not flex, in contrast to the crappy thing it replaced (from Bunnings 10 years ago). It also has relatively broad steps.

      • +2

I bought one from Rockdale earlier this year. Support my 80kg weight as well as a 17kg roof rack but I could hear it straining a bit under these weight. If you are over 100kg, forget it.

      • I have one. I reckon it'd be ok maybe to 120 kg. Just don't use it as a springboard onto a trampoline.

      • +1

I'm 95kg and don't have any worry using it. Doesnt flex or anything. I even use the top bar to balance on to get up really high.

$10 is a good price but the cheapest I've seen is $2

normal chair will do the job.

    • +4

Any good deals on normal chairs ?

Good bargain. This is sure to give me a leg up at work.

    • +2

      It's defiantly a step up.

Can't put a foot wrong with this deal

  • Bunnings website actually says Red not Pink OP, just a heads up

    • hehe yeah. You are right.
      fixed :)

For those finding the $9.90 ladder out of stock (most stores), this seems to be the closest alternative in terms of price, and is in stock @ $18:

Good for short people wishing to appear taller at parties or work.

Could’ve just reported the other deal and got it un-expired…

    • That was posted on feb and wasn't sure if price changed in between.
Also, there are many other deals as well which comes back at same price after few months and many of us may miss those if old deals gets marked as un-expired instead of new :)

Mrs is too short to get things off the top of the fridge, so got this a while back. I've used it myself a few times to change light bulbs, etc. I'm 85kg and I feel safe on it.

  • STEP ladder…

    • +1

I think I prefer its full name! "2 Step Steel Household Folding Ladder". Rolls off the tongue nicely.

  • Can't find anywhere near Sydney CBD.

  • Not available in both Toowoomba stores. Poor!

  • Damn good price but all stores in my area sold out or unavailable!

  • Went to Bunnings today and found heaps of stock but scanned at $18 in the register. Spent 20 mins and only got told that this is not the promotional item as they have run out. Argued that the model # is exactly the same but was advised that the barcode is different and adamant that it is not what's shown on the web. not a happy camper
