  • Damn I just booked 4 nights on hotels.com. Has free cancellation… I wonder if this will work if U cancel and rebook

  • Combine this with the Qantas hotel vouchers that frequently pop up on classifieds and it's a pretty decent deal.

Just note that the $50 vouchers have a minimum spend of $250. Lesser amount vouchers do not have minimum spend.

  • Airbnb's included?

    • I'd like to know too, I have a month of holiday bookings to do.

    • nope sorry

  • Has anyone had any luck with Qantas price promise when it comes to hotels? Agoda are a lot cheaper for what I'm looking at but if Qantas can match it then it works out pretty good with the points bonus. The downside is you can only apply for for the price promise after you book with Qantas.

    • They are horrendous at price matching. Just rejected a claim for me even though they told me to book the hotel using Amoma over the phone then claim the price match via email with a screenshot.

Then they rejected it saying the price match has to be from Australian website.

Your price match will fail too as Agoda is not Australian.

Now curious if they'll accept beatthatflight hotels as a price match, given we're an Aussie site with an Aussie ABN, but we do link out to other sites for the booking…some not in Australia…

      • Thanks, I did some googling after I commented and I see many people share your experience that they have had great difficulty getting Qantas to price match.

We can price promise any site that ends with .com.au though, e.g. Expedia
