      Not if you actually want regular software updates (Huawei have been great in this aspect) or want good photo quality (again the Huawei wins).

      Sure the LG is cheaper, but you get what you pay for

        I trust LG way more than I trust Huawei. Also LG also gets Android Pie in a month or so so not sure what all this complaint about no updates. It is also way cheaper!

        • Regular updates. Comparing Huaweis from that generation, which have been running Pie for months now, along with monthly security patches.

        • I've had many LG phones in the past and they have all been very slow to get updates and the updates stop soon after.
          I've had the LG Optimus 3D, G2, G4, V10 and V20. All very slow to get updates even though some of these were flagship phones back in the day.

          With the P20 pro I have now, it gets updates constantly (monthly?) To keep up with security patches.
          It is already running Android Pie

    • It doesn't support wifi calling or volte with Telstra
      I got the 55 Telstra plan last year
