Free trial of the The Age newspaper online edition until Sunday (saving you dollars!!!)

Also once the trial finished, fill out a quick survey for THE AGE - they’ve promised to give out discount vouchers to the movies (2 tickets for the price of 1.)

Edited: JeffreyM: Edited title & description. Also added tags.

I’m a subscriber to this service & its quite handy if you don’t have time to buy the newspaper - I recommended anyone who is interested to do the trial & see what you think.

JefferyM, it certainly is a good way to read newspaper. How much do they charge though? As good as it is, the normal website (www.theage.com.au) is free and has the same articles and more. If it’s cheap enough I might consider subscribing.

Looks interesting. I’ve registered and it seems to be working.
How much does the service cost regularly ?

EDIT: not working now for me either. Same issues as above. I’ve tried it on two computers :-(

Yep, here too. Firefox 2.0.0.14. I’ve logged a support ticket.

The top right corner says it’s the SCHOOL EDITION (which suits me anyway!). I did a copy/paste of the code from above and it worked fine.

Hi all,

Please be advised that this trial has now closed, so you will not be able to access the free trial service.

Also - participants were selected based on particular criteria and were invited to get involved. Those participants who actively used the service during the trial period will be emailed a survey to complete. Then, of those participants who were invited, those who complete the trial and survey will be sent two complimentary Village cinema passes. This offer will not be extended to anyone other than those initially invited to participate.

Regards,

Melanie
