  • Australian plug?

    • BYO plug. It does come with a cable.

      • Figure 8 power connector?

        • Maybe. I was about to delete my response but you were too quick for me. Info on what's included seems contradictory.

        • you can tell its figure 8 cable

    • +1

I bought one of these and can confirm they come with an Aussie Figure 8 plug.

So 4 ports to charge legacy devices and one port to charge any device released in the last 3 years?

    • +10

that is fairly standard in the under $50, if you want all QC3 it will cost more than this. The QC3 chips are licensed from Qualcomm, so to keep costs down they minimise QC3 ports. USB-C PD is an open system, so very little to license, just join consortium which is a cheap, it's why no Intel chip sets have QC3 on the USB for charging, but some do have USB-C PD.

      • If only the Tronsmart Titan wasn't discontinued.

Got one of those, and it's an absolute beast!

The 4 USB A ports will charge mobiles / phones / powerbanks just fine. 5V & 2.4A are adequate.
The PD 60W is above average.

Therefore I suggest your comment is a bit harsh, however you can find equivalent items cheaper on AliExpress.

      • Would you be able to link me equivalent ones with USB-PD for under this price at AliExpress? Tried searching and not having much luck.

      • Says 45w max for PD

    • Points taken. It wasn't meant to be harsh, though.

I am just surprised that this is a new product and it doesn't support newer charging standards.

      • Did you not read what he said? You'll be looking at a high price point for higher charging standards..

      • What newer charging standards are you referring to?

        • I assume he means qc3.0, 4.0 on every port.

      • For it to be all 4 ports in that standard, it would not be 60W - it would need to be more otherwise it wouldn’t be able to provide the power required to all 4 ports.. the speed is directly related to the power output possible in total… so obviously it’s not all 4 ports or the 60W wouldn’t make sense.

You don't have to fast charge everything…

      • exactly!

        • But it is nice to have at least 1 QC3/2 port so you can charge quicker when needed.

That's why I got the one listed earlier today for a few $ more, also comes with AU figure 8 lead.

Also has 60W USB C PD for better laptop charging.

  • Looks good for charging multiple raspberry pi

  • So can this charge a 2016 Macbook Pro (touch bar) at 45w? Will that be adequate to charge it at a normal rate?

    • +2

      From the listing.
Fast-Charging Technology:Charge any USB-C device at top speeds with the Power Delivery port (45W maximum speed). In the other ports,4 ports intelligently recognize your device to boost charging speeds up to 2.4A per port. .

I would skip this charger as the usb c port maxs out at 45w. A 60w port would be more sufficient for your needs.

I misread that part. Thank you!

    • See my comment five up. Other one also has one USB QC3 port too.

      • Thanks daddy

        • So why ask?

            @ozhunter68: ?

I scrolled up and read your advice. and purchased the one you spoke of thank you :)

Thanks daddy means thank you sweet man
