What do you think about Robert Pattinson being cast as the new Batman?

    • I'm willing to give him a chance. Everyone said Batfleck would blow but I ended up loving his take so.

      • Is that you Martha?

    • Thanks God it's not Spiderman

      • Exactly.

Anyone who's name isn the Tobey Maguire shouldn't even rock up for an audition.

        • Dude, c'mon. Admit it, FFH is the best Spidey movie ever.

          • @[Deactivated]: Legit not even close. Like Raimi shill jokes aside, it was eh. Improved on the first one, I guess, but like, aside from the Villains being great, the rest of the movies just kind of, blend together. I will concede though, that this was less of a problem for Tobey when there wasn't a new blockbuster superhero movie every other month and his character didn't also appear in a bunch of other movies in between his own sequels.

I like FFH more than Homecoming, but nonetheless, Spider-Man 2 > everything since.

That end credit cameo got me goooooooooood though.

            • @TheDukeOfNukem: I thought it was by far the best so far. I like PP in the new ones, emo wasn't how PP should be.

              • @[Deactivated]: Iron Man Jr. isn't really either though.

                • @TheDukeOfNukem: Yeah but it works

                  • @[Deactivated]: So do Tobey's dance numbers.

                    • @TheDukeOfNukem: MCU works better

                      • @[Deactivated]: If you enjoy by the numbers generic action films with cheap jokes and no real impact or consequences, in exchange for "ooh wow, I wonder who will team up with [insert hero here] this time!", I guess.

                        • @TheDukeOfNukem: Lol, Sam Raimi did a number on you mate :p

                          • @[Deactivated]: Sam Raimi, was a hero. You just, couldn't see it.

                            • @TheDukeOfNukem: Let's go back to talking about by the numbers MCU. Have you seen those numbers? :D They're record breaking.

                              • @[Deactivated]: Transformers makes money, Transformers movies must be quality

                                • @TheDukeOfNukem: Maybe Sam Raimi money. Raimi had the chance when they're wasn't an abundance of super hero movies. Sony pulled the plug because the movies were getting worse with each addition.
I couldn't imagine how camp the MCU would have had to have been to have fitted in with Raimi's vision tbh.

                                  • @[Deactivated]: Low key probably less.

Spidey gets criticised for not quipping enough, then he gets called too campy. Then you have shit like Thor 3 and Guardians come out which are both proudly full of "camp", Tobey-Man was ahead of his time. Plus that hospital scene, the train scene, the character dynamics and interactions, all of it, way less cheese than the most part of the MCU.

Jokes about his ship looking like a Jackson Pollack painting under a UV light? Not cheesey at all.

  • How long is the warranty? Being "commercial grade screens" are they suitable for 24/7 usage ie Digital Signage?

    • How long is the warranty?

It’s literally in the first line of text in the post description.

      • Yup, literally scanned through the rest of the description and missed that one. Looking for a prime deal on reading glasses as well it seems >.>

  • 3 YEARS Warranty for free for today only.

Yes Commercial grade means it lasts for longer hour usage.

  • +1

So one of these with a free wall mount + a $49 fire TV stick = a budget Alexa controlled smart TV??

  • Agree :)

  • Gah, too slow - 6 hours only :-(
