Dymo Letratag White 2 pack refill $5.39

    Your link shows

Dymo 10697 Self-Adhesive White Paper Labeling Tape for LetraTag (LT) Label Makers; 3 Blister Packs (6 Refills); Each with Two 1/2" Wide x 13ft Long (12mm x 4m) Refill Rolls

    • +1

Sounds like 6 instead of 2

      • It does… Not sure if it's a mistake.

    • +1

      Yes, the legendary JV strikes!
I was hesitant to put it as 6 pack, the pics depicted as 2 pack.

    • And the reviews are for iron-on tape.

  • +2

Fantastic price. Well contact Amazon wh3n 6 rolls don't arrive

    • Does this change anything with Amazon when they don't fulfill? Cause this happen heaps and they just cancel the order or send one instead which becomes a pain to follow up for refunds etc. Any advice? I just bought too. Thanks to OP.

      • +1

A 2 pack for $5 is still cheap.

  • Anyone buying?

    • +7

Just wait until it says Expired, and that will answer your question.

      • +2

        Bought. Thanks op/jv

  • Just bought so will see

  • Thanks op. Great find. thanks for sharing😀

  • don't need it. So order placed. Thanks OP. Now just have to wait for 15 days to know if I am getting 6 rolls at $5 or 2 for free.

    • +1

Buy first, think later! A true OZbargainer.

  • +2

I bought 10 compatible (generic) cartridges with plastic tape on ebay for $20.70, they're just as good as original ones. Can't find them at this price right now, but plenty around $30.

    • Good to know that the eBay generic is still cheap @$3 each.
This deal is for the genuine one @<3 each, also don't have to buy 10 in one go.
Just did an eBay search, $20 for 5 pack with the multicolored generic brand is quite common, lol.

      • +2

Keep in mind that plastic tape is more durable and versatile than paper, and genuine Dymo plastic refills are more expensive.

    • What label maker do you use and what labels do you buy?

  • Can anyone suggest a decent label maker? Not something too expensive but maybe double line?

    • Letratag actually has a formatting option to print text in two lines.

  • Sorry but what is the actual Dymo printer/label maker model this would work?

Will it be Dymo 100H or there are better alternatives?

I want to check the horse first before buy it's saddle ;)

    • +3

I only know of the Dymo 100H and LetraTag Label Maker that works for this tape. They are the most basic of all models.
      They can do
      • 9 label memory
      • 2 line printing ->text are squeezed.
      • 5 font sizes
      • 8 box styles & Underline
      • 7 Print Styles
      • Auto-off Power Saver
      • Date Function
      • Multi-lingual RACE Technology
      • Uses 4 “AA” Batteries (not included) or available AC adapter

As a side note, they have some 90's emoji templates, pixel art; cat, dog, skull, etc.

      • Thank goodness you mentioned. I have the Label Maker - easier to find keys with familiarity with touch typing.

  • I have had a Letratag for over 1 year and now it keeps jamming and we don't use it that often.

    • +4

We've had ours for about 8 years now and it hardly ever jams… You might have a faulty one.

    • +1

My first one started jamming after 6 months of occasional use.
Liked it so much, that I bought another one when it was on special.
Sometime later, I found out that my first one was jamming because of how the tape was fed and placed.

So now I have two of them; one for work, one at home.

    • +1

My office has 15-20 of them. Those with similar complaints were fixed with a quick look at the working-area. Little sticky bits twisted/leftover inside, gummy blades etc. 2 second tidy-up, back to perfect.

  • Thanks OP. Make sure you take a screen shot.

    • It's in the order email they send you. It says 3 x 2 packs.

      • Thanks, just noticed

  • Perfect deal to go with my Dymo label maker which I bought from a garage sale a couple of months ago for $2

  • Thanks ordered !

  • Mine was shipped today.

  • Does anyone know how long this deal gonna last?

  • +3

I can confirm I only received 1 blister pack, i.e. 2 refills total.

NOT 6 as per the description.

For some bizarre reason, my order shipped via DHL express, even though I only selected standard $0 free shipping.

I ordered on Sat 20 Jul, delivered today, Mon 22 Jul.

    • Did you contact customer service to query the quantity received vs the quantity advertised?

      • +2

I just spoke with customer service.

I've tried to create a replacement, however since the item is sold by Amazon US, the option isn't available. We only have replacements for items sold and shipped by Amazon AU.

In this case, I don't want you to face any kind of hassle returning the item.
Without any further delay, I will go ahead and issue refund right away because I don't want you to pay for something which you didn't receive.

        TLDR: $5.39 refund.

        • Same here, only received 1 blister pack today and was offered a full refund by customer service.

I have checked and it looks like there was a listing error.
This item cannot be offered for $5.39 for 3 pack.
However, to help you immediately I have issued full refund.

  • Yup, received only 1 blister pack as well. To be fair it's still cheaper than most retailers. Is everyone getting a refund?

  • Same here. Only one received. Have contacted seller to ask if the remaining two can be sent.

    • Well, that's the first time I've had a bad experience with Amazon, in this case Amazon US. As the seller of this item, Amazon US didn't reply to my message or reply to my request for refund. I then chatted with Amazon Australia as the marketplace & they arranged the refund.

The item title has just been corrected a couple of days ago.

      • I specifically mentioned that they correct the title to avoid confusion.

  • Ok my experience with Amazon, that may help

    Call the 1800 number

    1800571894
Go to refunds by pressing 3
Give them your email address (don't give them order number)
Then they will look up order (I told them it was the dymo etc)
Then told them it was short shipped
    Then it contiinued etc etc
Offered full refund as not worth cost to them of shipping back.

This was after one attempt where I was shunted around when I gave them the order number (from the packing slip) not my email address as above. Told by Amazon Aust it was Amazon USA, then got sent to USA, then they shuffled me back to Aust, and lost connection.

The other attempt, I gave them my order number (one on website which was different to the packing order number)and was told they would switch me to Amazon Japan as the number was theirs.

Unless of course you have nothing else to do 🙃

I haven't received yet, must have been handed to FASTWAY to deliver again!!!

This item is still available on Amazon, but $5.46 now.

    • +1

yes and it still says the same 3 blister packs and 6 refills.

the 7c difference is to do with the AUD rate dropping a little.

    • Yep, the champions at Fastway at work. My lot delivered straight to a parcel pickup location as I received no card to indicate they attenmpted delivery, same for a second item which the claim they attempted delivery when the missus was at home…
